Establishing the pertinent clinical concerns, diagnosis🔬, smile design / restorative plan👄 is always important 🔝 , but for this patient, it was critical.
👀This patient presented with multiple complexities. Hx of significant ortho-related root resorption, partial edentulism with spacing disharmony aka site width - tooth size discrepancy, and….. non-restorable internal root resorption on #6.
Having a smile design 🦷 , and printed prototype to show the patient, and ultimately do guided surgery 🏗️, was so important to ensure success in this case.
