This patient was such a rewarding and amazing person to treat. He came to me with the chief concern of his deep bite, crowding, and that his lower teeth showed too much to him. My team performed an aesthetic analysis and smile design and that drove a few different treatment options. We ultimately decided that to create the aesthetics and function the patient was focused on achieving, we needed to intentionally remove teeth and recreate his smile prostheticly. This involved tooth crowns and implant bridges and a lower jaw hybrid. From smile design to final ceramics, both the patient and I were very happy with the outcome.
