This patient presented with concerns about symmetry or unevenness of her front teeth, missing canines, and uneven gum margins.
Her situation was particularly challenging because her lateral incisors are actually her canine teeth that were moved to that location years ago by braces. Canine teeth are much too large and contoured to aesthetically look like lateral incisors, so I had to pay special attention to these teeth in our smile design. Overall this treatment utilized precision guided implant surgery, 3D-Printed prototypes, tissue (gum) grafting around the new implant canine teeth, and crowns and veneers from premolar to premolar.
