This patient presented to me with a broken front tooth from a simple accident. She was really upset, and scared about loosing it. In an effort to digitally plan her implant and get her into the surgeon's schedule asap, I forgot to take initial photos. So the initial photo is actually of her first implant temporary on her right front tooth. It is wider on purpose, because our aesthetic analysis determined that the left front tooth was too narrow, and in order to make the two front teeth symmetrical, I prescribed a veneer to control that symmetry. She has beautiful incisal edge inclusions in her enamel and we took great care to emulate those in the final ceramics.
